I'm going to have to try the coffee filter trick. This week's magic was cotton balls in a mixing bowl with a whisk. Momma's getting fancy!

I'm a new follower, so I'm sorry if you've already covered this - but if you don't mind me asking, where do you live? I live in PA, and we have a Plaza Azteca too. I know there aren't many around, so I'm just curious. Also, do you have ANY idea what that white sauce is? I can't figure it out. I also can't figure out if I like it or not - but I keep eating it, lol.
