This past Saturday we celebrated Trey's first birthday with a red, white and aqua themed "crabby" party! It was a perfect day that we shared with all of our friends and family. It went by in the blink of an eye, a whirlwind that I can only equate to the way I felt on our wedding day. At one point the hubs, Trey and I snuck away into a bedroom and just had an "us" moment where we hugged, kissed and smiled. It was absolute bliss.
I'll do this post in two parts - today will be an overall view of the day and tomorrow I will do a details post with info on where I purchased things or how I made them.
The party was held at my Uncle-in-law's home
Crab lanterns
Favors for the babies
The "sweets" table
ABC cookies
Vanilla cake with buttercream icing! YUM!
I wanted to make sure I had things for the itty bitty party guests to snack on too!
Snaquarium animal cookies
Lots of fruit.
I also did a side of just blueberries for the little ones who haven't had strawberries yet!
This ended up housing mini red and blue gatorades
Post cake hose-down outside
I hope you enjoyed this look into Trey's first birthday party!!
