I've always loved reading blog posts about "What's in your... make up bag, purse, closet, etc" so I thought I'd do some myself!!
Today's topic is my make-up bag. These are my most used products! I have a whole train case full of make-up (I love you Sephora, LOVE) but these are the ones I use (almost) daily!
As you can see I LOVE me some Make Up Forever. I was first introduced to the brand in 2009 and I have been shelling out some serious cash for it ever since. I love a good deal, but I can't skimp on foundation and powder - they are worth every penny.
I'm also really starting to love Tarte. See that eyelash curler up there? Thanks to that little beauty I have had 3 people ask if I was wearing false eyelashes recently. It's amazing.
The Benefit eyebright is my key to looking "alive", as is the white eyeshadow by MUFE. I've been using matte white eyeshadow as a highlighter for years and I flip flop between MAC and MUFE in the eyeshadow department now - they are both super long lasting.
I am part Italian so I have an Olive skin tone but I still like to use bronzer year-round. I hate bronzer that has shimmer in it, and while this Too Faced one has an odd smell (like chocolate, not bad, just weird) it's well worth it for the perfect non-shiney color it gives!
I hope you all have enjoyed this peek into my make-up! I'd love to see what you are using these days too! Let me know if you do a similar post so I can check it out!!

How fun! I love posts like these too!
I love love love my Stilla eyeliner that was purchased when we were in NYC - I can't live without it. What a fun post - I <3 your pictures!
love it Lis! I really want to try the MUFE but the closest Sephora is 3 hours away.
How do you write on your pictures like that?
I am running out to buy that bronzer. I absolutely HATE that they all have shimmer in them. Ick, who wants to look shiny?!
This is a great post! I love the "what's in your..." posts too as it shows so much about a person! I'll use this idea in the future! You have a lot of stuff for your eyes...I'll have to try some out! Do you have any recommendations for hair stuff? I have really thin, fine curly/frizzy hair and I always work to get more volume and less frizz but don't know what products to try that won't hurt my hair...would love your advice!
The answer to this question is too much and mainly lip stuff…lol. I need to do a more recent “what’s in my purse post”. Those are always fun!
I really want to try the Posietint from Benefit, but haven’t gotten around to it. Sephora has a great $15 set right now with that, Highbeam and the other one (can’t remember the name) but I really want it. I’ve heard that MUFE primer is the best. I need to use up what I have before I try it. Shroom is on my MAC wish list and I want to try that Colossal mascara. I need volume over length when it comes to my lashes.
I’m all for a matte bronzer as well. I use Bobbi Brown and it is holy grail material for me.
I am so cheap with my makeup. And I feel like I am putting in on all wrong. I need a lesson from you :)
I flip flop on makeup all the time, but, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for! Or at least, the people at Sephora have brainwashed me into thinking this!
